Famous designer Tommy Hilfiger has proofed once again that hands of the craftsman can significantly “rise in price” of the object, whether it is clothing or even a house.  Thanks to Tommy’s talent in cooperation with his colleague Martin Lawrence, specialising in the decoration of houses, the "luxury" house in Golden Beach (Florida, USA), located directly on the seashore of the Atlantic Ocean, went up by $ 10 million over five years.

Tommy Hilfiger bought this lavish mansion in 2013, for him and his wife Dee Ocleppo, but decided to change the design of the room - he altered the house of 4 thousand square meters to his taste. Hilfiger has found a lot of interesting solutions: bedrooms are adorned with fruity scratch-and-sniff wallpaper, bright and juicy colours, "floating" staircase and the bar in the style of 60-70-xx years says Domaza referring Los-Angeles Times.

The estate includes dining room, living room, chief’s kitchen, media centre, library, gym, seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms.
