Royal Sun complex is considered as one of the best and most large complexes in Sunny Beach resort. It is located in the heart of Sunny Beach, just 300 meters from the sea and 2.5 km from the ancient city of history - Nessebar. Sunny Beach is the largest resort in Bulgaria, which is located on the southern Black Sea coast, 35 km from Bourgas and 95 km from Varna and has one of the biggest beach strips on the Black Sea Riviera. Its length is over 8 kilometers and its width reaches 150 m in some places, the resort stretches from Sveti Vlas bay to the north and Nessebar to the south. Sunny Beach is the first resort in Bulgaria which has been awarded with the international certificate for quality "Blue Flag" in 1995 for the respect to the local natural resources and for successful environmental management. Royal Sun was built in 2008 and consists of five buildings, 16 entrances and six floors, 539 suites, a lobby bar, pool bar, restaurant, shops, two outdoor pools, a children's pool, fitness center, SPA-center. The architects’ goal was to create not very long corridors and to have maximum number of entrances, which gives a sense of privacy and isolation of each apartment owners and tranquility. Another feature of Royal Sun is the maximum functionality with minimal living areas.

The complex has a large, gated area of 10,000 sq.m. and excellent infrastructure like in a 4-star hotel, and is only 300 meters from the famous "Cacao" beach.
