Description of the resort

The complex is situated in a holiday village, which boasts an excellent location on the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. It is located 2 kilometers from the ancient town of Sozopol and 34 km south from Bourgas. The complex is located on the first line of the beach and follows the curves of the picturesque bay. The famous King's beach is nearby, with its fine white sand and the surrounded by forest make the settlement a cozy and beautiful place to spend your holidays or reside permanently.

Description of the complex

The holiday complex consists of 80 three-and four-storied buildings with apartments varying in their size and type and offers many services and entertainment. The complex is located in a beautiful place surrounded by lush greenery on the coast, and thanks to that many of the apartments have great sea views. The architecture of the buildings is reminiscent to the style of the Bulgarian Renaissance period, in the 19th century. 70% of the total area of the territory is occupied with green spaces, park alleys, parking lots and places for recreation and entertainment.

The houses consist of 4 basic types of apartments: two and three bedroom apartments, studio-apartments mansard apartments on two levels. All apartments have terraces, most of them with beautiful sea view.
Apartment studio /44-56 sq m  area/ includes sitting area and sleeping area. Kitchenette is located next to the bathroom.
One bedroom apartments / 56-89 sq m area / with different layouts.
Two bedroom apartments / 82-165 sq. m area / offer a large living room and large terrace with unique panorama to the sea.
Penthouse one bedroom apartment / 62-73 sqm area / is located on the upper floors of houses and, therefore, offer lovely views of the sea and the surrounding nature.
Architecture of the apartments in the complex is carefully planned, however, in the early stages of the construction, alterations can be made upon clients’ request.

The building is under construction / roof and exterior walls are finished/:
Reservation fee - 2000 EUR (valid for 21 days)
70% upon signing the preliminary contract,
30% at completion of all construction work around the house and obtaining a certificate of putting into operation.

Reservation fee - 2000 EUR (valid for 21 days)
60% upon signing the preliminary contract,
20% up to 30 days after signing the contract,
20% at completion of all construction work around the house and obtaining a certificate of putting into operation

If the apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in , a 100% payment is required at signing the preliminary contract of sale.

Payment in installments

30% 1st installment. If the building has Act 16, the client can use the property after the first payment. To do this he must pay the maintenance fee + furniture. If an apartment has no furniture - you can order furniture.

Payment in installments does not include furniture and maintenance fee.

Additional Information:
Maintenance provided by the complex manager and includes:
- 24 / 7 security, video surveillance
