The list of the most "economically free" countries in the world this year is headed by Hong Kong, in top-3 there are also Singapore and New Zealand. Here is the top-10:

•       Canada

•       Ireland
•       Chile

The list of the counties has been published by Heritage company who publishes the Economic Freedom Index for more than two decades. It is a compilation of factors that affect the free conduct of business and trade throughout the world. The research show that there is an essential connection between the level of progress of the state and freedom of doing business in it.
