Elite apartments will occupy from 8th to 66th floor of the skyscraper. It is expected that the apartments will have spacious living spaces, open kitchens, bathrooms, executed in a hotel style. Duplex apartments that also can be bought in the skyscraper will include part of the external space of the roof as terraces. The building will have nine passenger lifts with standby time of up to 35 seconds and the speed of movement of 6 meters per second.
